Friday September 26 – Arrivals | Grounding
5:30 PM – Check-In and Refreshments
Guests are welcomed with autumn-inspired herbal teas, mocktails, or cocktails, alongside light farm-to-table wellness snacks. Personalized swag bags and welcome journals await, with time to explore the estate or simply relax into the Cape Cod retreat experience.
7:30 PM – Seaside Dinner at The Chatham Bars Inn
An intimate dining experience overlooking the stunning Cape Cod coastline, featuring seasonal, nourishing cuisine crafted with ingredients sourced from the region’s farms and local waters. Guests will also enjoy garden-inspired cocktails and aperitifs that highlight New England’s seasonal bounty and the fresh herbs and botanicals cultivated on the Inn’s own property.
Saturday September 27 – Morning Session | Expansion

8:00 AM – Functional Movement by Donnie Poe and Julia LeBlanc
This energizing session blends strength and flow to awaken both body and mind. Donnie starts off with functional movement and HIIT training to build power, endurance, and resilience, while Julia guides an uplifting yoga sequence designed to restore balance, flexibility, and focus. Together, this pairing offers the perfect fusion of intensity and mindfulness—leaving guests feeling strong, centered, and recharged.
9:15 AM – Light Coastal Breakfast
Start the morning with a vibrant spread of nutrient-dense meal designed to boost vitality, energy, and immunity. Guests will also enjoy adaptogenic shots crafted to enhance focus and sustained energy, setting the tone for an inspired day ahead.
11:00 AM – Intention Setting by Uzochukwu Chima and Kristen Poe
This workshop begins with a soothing 20–30 minute herbal detox foot soak, inviting you to release stress and gently let go of what no longer serves you. Guests will then apply detox foot pads to wear throughout the day, a symbolic and physical reminder of clearing out the old to make room for the new. From this grounded place, we’ll move into guided reflection and intention setting, creating space to welcome fresh energy, clarity, and vibrant possibilities for the journey ahead.
Saturday September 27 : Afternoon Session | Restoration
12:30 PM – Vibrancy Lunch – Mediterranean Nourishment by Kristen Poe
Saturday’s lunch invites guests to experience the vibrant flavors and balanced nutrition of the Mediterranean, prepared with care by Kristen Poe. Together, you’ll explore mindful eating—understanding how to balance proteins, healthy fats, and wholesome carbohydrates with an abundance of fruits and vegetables. The menu features chicken feta meatballs, homemade tabbouleh with chickpeas, grape leaves, hummus, pita with tzatziki sauce, and a refreshing Mediterranean salad.
1:30 PM – Mind - Body Integration by Donnie Poe, Kristen Poe, Penny Jarrett, Captain William Broullon and Julia LeBlanc.
This session brings together powerful tools for resilience and renewal. Kristen and Donnie Poe explore healthspan, biohacking, and the role of discipline and consistency as medicine, while Julia guides breathwork for nervous system grounding. Penny shares how journaling and affirmations can transform trauma into strength, and William offers strategies for staying solution-oriented and calm under pressure.
3:30 PM – Ocean Air, Open Mind - Restorative Free Time
Take this intentional pause to recharge in the serene beauty of Cape Cod. Whether it’s a quiet stroll along the shoreline, journaling in view of the dunes, or simply resting in the fresh ocean air, this time is designed to restore both body and mind. Allow yourself the space to breathe, reflect, and absorb the retreat experience so far, returning refreshed, grounded, and open to what lies ahead.
7:30 PM – An Evening of Seaside Elegance
As the sun sets over Cape Cod’s storied shoreline, gather for an unforgettable evening of flavor, artistry, and connection. Our private chef will prepare a seasonally inspired gourmet dinner, showcasing the finest local seafood, fresh garden produce, and regional specialties that reflect the essence of New England.
Sunday September 28 – Integration & Empowerment
8:30 AM – Morning Movement by the Ocean
Begin the day with a grounding mindfulness walk as the sun rises over Cape Cod’s tranquil shoreline. Surrounded by the sound of gentle waves and the crisp ocean air, you’ll be guided to slow your breath, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. This simple yet powerful practice invites clarity, calm, and renewed energy, setting the tone for a restorative day ahead.
10:00 AM – Brunch & Herbal Tea Tasting
Begin your Sunday with a refreshing, nourishing breakfast designed to awaken body and mind. Guests will enjoy detoxifying teas for digestion, skin health, and radiance, along with hydrating electrolyte drinks and infused waters. Paired with a calm, restorative atmosphere, this light and mindful start sets the perfect tone for a day of clarity, balance, and ease.
11:00 AM – Elevate to Your Highest Self by Uzochukwu Chima
This session invites you to pause, look inward, and set intentions that align with your highest and most noble calling. With mindful reflection and guided practices, you’ll explore how to shape your actions around values that uplift, inspire, and create lasting impact. It is a moment to clarify what matters most, awaken the strength within, and commit to walking a path of purpose, courage, and higher deeds in the days ahead.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $2,250.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities).
The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $399.00.
