Begin the day with a breakfast designed to awaken and inspire you. Surrounded by the calm of the lakeshore, guests will enjoy a vibrant spread of nourishing foods, superfood smoothies, antioxidant-rich fruits, wholesome grains, and thoughtfully prepared chef-curated dishes. All crafted to support vitality and lasting energy.

Whether it’s a quiet walk along Lake Michigan, journaling in a sunlit corner, or simply resting in stillness, this free time is designed to restore both body and mind. Allow yourself the space to breathe, reflect, and absorb the retreat experience so far, returning refreshed, grounded to what’s ahead.

Refresh and rejuvenate with handcrafted mineral mocktails designed to nourish your body while delighting your senses. This session invites you to sip on vibrant creations infused with natural minerals, botanicals, and fresh flavors. As you enjoy each restorative blend, Macy will share insights into the benefits of mineral hydration and mindful sipping—leaving you inspired to elevate your wellness routine with every glass.
7:30 PM – Gourmet Dinner Prepared by a Private Chef
As the day winds down, gather for an unforgettable evening centered on flavor, artistry, and connection. Our private chef will prepare a seasonally inspired gourmet dinner, showcasing the finest local ingredients crafted into dishes that delight both the palate and the senses. As we bring our time together to a close, this session invites you to pause and reflect on the insights and practices that have taken root during the retreat. Guided through thoughtful reflection and gentle intention-setting, you’ll identify the “seeds” of wisdom, clarity, and inspiration you wish to carry forward into daily life. This is a moment to anchor your goals, celebrate your growth, and leave with tangible practices that will continue to nourish your well-being long after you return home.

Savor the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean with a nourishing brunch designed to delight both palate and spirit. Fresh seasonal ingredients come together in colorful, wholesome dishes that celebrate flavor, balance, simplicity, and vitality. Enjoy the essence of mindful eating in community and leave feeling renewed, inspired, and ready to carry the retreat’s energy into daily life.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $1,950.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities).
The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $399.00.
