Begin your retreat journey with a grounding intention-setting session. Reflect, realign, and clarify your purpose—opening the door to meaningful connection, inner transformation, and growth throughout the days ahead.

1:30 PM – Mindfulness Wellness Lunch by Libby Moser, RD

Experience the art of mindful nutrition as you savor a nourishing, anti-inflammatory lunch crafted to support balance, enhance digestion, and fuel sustained energy. Learn techniques that not only nourish the body but ground the mind, leaving you refreshed, centered, and fully present for the journey ahead.

Saturday June 22 : Afternoon Session | Recharge

2:30 PM – Creating Resilient Sanctuaries of Health - Inside and Out by Michael Ham, Dr. Tanya Lawson and Macy Coleman.

Join us for an inspiring, expert-led session on how to protect and elevate both your physical body and the spaces you live and work in. Discover how your internal health and external environment are deeply connected - and how to optimize both for greater resilience and vitality. From the air you breathe and the water you drink, to the products you use and the energy of your surroundings, you’ll learn practical strategies to transform your body and your home into healing sanctuaries. Nourishing snacks will be served as we explore how to design a life that supports true well-being - inside and out.

11:00 AM – Intention Setting to Close – by Uzochukwu Chima

Close your retreat experience with a grounding intention-reflection session. Revisit the intentions you set, acknowledge your growth, and create a simple, meaningful plan to carry your insights into daily life - so the transformation continues long after you return home.

12:00 AM – Healthy Brunch and Farewell

Gather one last time over a nourishing lunch, reflecting on the connections made, insights gained, and the journey ahead. Leave feeling renewed, inspired, and ready to carry the retreat’s energy into daily life.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $1,950.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities).

The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $250.00.
