7:00 PM – Gourmet Farm-to-Table Dinner

Saturday August 16 – Morning Session | Recharge

A hands on sessions where guests learn about skincare routines and understanding the benefits of different ingredients and supplements for skin health. Also discuss the importance of sleep and provide tips for creating a bedtime ritual that enhances both mental and physical beauty, including practical tools and tips.

Experience the art of mindful nutrition as you savor a nourishing, anti-inflammatory lunch crafted to support balance, enhance digestion, and fuel sustained energy. Saturday August 16 : Afternoon Session | Recharge

Enjoy a refreshing Mineral Mocktail Session with delicious, non-alcoholic drinks infused with trace minerals, electrolytes, and skin-loving ingredients to support hydration, energy, and a healthy glow. 2:15 PM – Restorative Free Time by Penny Jarrett
Take time to unwind during our restorative free time session. Enjoy a mini facial, relax in quiet spaces with your journal or a paintbrush, or simply rest by the pool or beach. This is your moment to slow down, recharge, and connect with what nourishes you most.
7:30 PM – Gourmet Dinner by Celebrity Chef Kathleen O’Brien Price
Savor a beautifully crafted gourmet dinner prepared by a Chopped Champ and Celebrity Chef Kathleen using the finest seasonal ingredients. Let the evening unfold with delicious flavors, meaningful conversations, and a serene ambiance that invites connection and reflection.

8:00 AM – Sunrise Mindful Beach Walk
Begin your day with a Sunrise Mindful Beach Walk—an invitation to move gently, breathe deeply, and align with the rhythm of the ocean. As the sun rises over the shore, each step grounds you in presence and peace. Let the soft morning light, sea air, and stillness awaken your senses and set a calm, centered tone for the day ahead.
11:00 AM – Intention Setting to Close – by Uzochukwu Chima
Close your retreat experience with a grounding intention-reflection session. Revisit the intentions you set, acknowledge your growth, and create a simple, meaningful plan to carry the insights you learned into daily life - so the transformation continues long after you return home.
12:00 AM – Healthy Brunch and Farewell
Gather one last time over a nourishing lunch, reflecting on the connections made, insights gained, and the journey ahead. Leave feeling renewed, inspired, and ready to carry the retreat’s energy into daily life.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $2,450.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities).
The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $399.00.
