Friday October 17 – Arrivals | Dinner

6:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In
Guests arrive at the estate and are warmly welcomed with light appetizers and a Taste of Sonoma Valley — a sampling of local wines and seasonal bites. Enjoy soft music, relaxed conversation, and the first glimpse of Napa’s golden evening light.

7:30 PM – Opening Dinner: “The Delicious Art of Nourishment”
A curated culinary experience by Dr. Supriya Rao, Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a renowned Napa Valley chef. Together, they present a dinner inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients — a meal designed to nourish both body and spirit while setting the tone for a weekend of renewal and connection.

Saturday October 18 – Breathe, Balance and the Beauty of the Valley.

7:45 AM Arrival and Check In (Day-Pass Guests)

8:15 AM – Morning Breathwork & Grounding Practice with Stephi Wald
Begin the day in mindful stillness with a guided breathwork session overlooking the vineyards. Awaken the senses, clear the mind, and connect with the rhythm of your own breath amid the serenity of nature.

9:30 AM – Morning Harvest: Simple Pleasures, Fresh Beginnings

Savor a nourishing breakfast of fresh fruit, whole grains, and herbal teas. A gentle start that fuels the body and prepares it for a day of insight and exploration.

10:15 AM – Conversation: Strong Foundations for Health and Vitality

Join Uzochukwu Chima and guest experts for a 90-minute conversation on the science and art of sustainable well-being. Explore how daily habits, a toxin-free environment, nutrition, mindset, and balance can create a lifelong foundation for optimal health and vitality.

11:45 AM – Vineyard Walk & Healing Herbs Session with Meghan Zech, ND
Take a leisurely guided walk through the nearby trails and vineyards, followed by an immersive workshop on healing herbs and natural remedies. Learn how to craft simple, plant-based solutions for relaxation, stress relief, and everyday wellness.

Saturday October 18 : Afternoon Session | Recharge

1:30 PM Vineyard Table: A Celebration of Flavor and Connection

Experience Napa’s culinary essence with a vineyard-side lunch prepared by a local chef and paired with wines selected by an expert sommelier. Indulge the senses as you discover the harmony between flavor, freshness, and nature.

3:30 PM – Restorative Free Time
The afternoon is yours to rest, reflect, or explore. Enjoy the spa, visit a nearby vineyard, journal under the olive trees, or simply relax by the pool.

7:30 PM – A Taste of Surprise: The Napa Experience
Gather once again for a surprise culinary experience crafted brilliant culinary minds of Napa’s wine country. The evening unfolds as a tribute to the valley itself, featuring the finest local ingredients, world-class wines, and inspired flavors that reflect the essence of the season. Each course is revealed in the moment, inviting you to savor discovery, connection, and the artistry of Napa at its best.

9:30 PM - Soothing Sound Bowls with Paige Nichols

Settle into deep rest with a soothing sound journey guided by Paige Nichols. Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gentle chimes, and spacious pauses invite the nervous system to release the day. This reflective close supports integration, steady breathing, and a restorative night’s sleep.

Sunday October 19 – Reflection & Renewal

7:30 AM – Guided Meditative Hike through Wine Country with Stephi Wald
Welcome the morning sun with a gentle, meditative hike among the vines. With each step, breathe deeply and reflect on the weekend’s themes of balance, gratitude, and renewal.

10:00 AM – Nourish & Glow: A Napa Wellness Brunch with Penny Jarrett
A refreshing finale to our Napa weekend, this sunlit brunch celebrates vibrant health and mindful indulgence. Guided by Penny’s creative touch, enjoy a menu crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that highlight the best of Napa’s farms and gardens.

11:00 AM – Check-Out & Departures
Guests depart refreshed, reconnected, and renewed — carrying forward the harmony of Napa’s landscape and the lessons of inner and outer nourishment.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $2,450.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities).

The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $399.00.
