Friday March 21 – Arrivals | Dinner

7:00 PM – Gourmet Farm-to-Table Dinner
Seasonal, nourishing cuisine prepared with ingredients sourced from local orchards and farms.

Start the morning with breathwork to awaken your energy, clear your mind, and align with yourself. Through intentional breathing, unlock clarity, resilience, and vitality, stepping into the day refreshed, grounded, and empowered.
9:45 AM – Introductions, Matcha Tea and Light Breakfast
Gather, connect, and ease into the retreat over a matcha tea, light breakfast and warm introductions. This is a time to connect with fellow travelers, share intentions, and set the foundation for a meaningful and enriching experience ahead.
10:30 AM – Intention Setting by Uzochukwu Chima
Set the tone for your retreat journey with a powerful intention-setting session. Take a moment to reflect, realign, and clarify your purpose, creating space for transformation, connection, and growth in the days ahead.
12:00 PM – Anti-Inflammatory Wellness Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing, anti-inflammatory lunch designed to support balance, digestion, and sustained energy - leaving you refreshed and fully present for the journey ahead.
1:00 PM – Nature Walk and Reflection
A mindful guided walk through the surrounding scenic landscape to reconnect with nature and practice gratitude.

10:00 AM – A Farm to Table Breakfast
Savor a nourishing farm-to-table breakfast, crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, as you reflect on the retreat experience and embrace a mindful, intentional start to the day.
11:00 AM – “A Letter to Your Future Self" – by Uzochukwu Chima
Take a moment to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the journey ahead. Write a letter to your future self, capturing the insights, breakthroughs, and commitments you've made during the retreat. Sealed and sent back to you in a few months, this letter will serve as a powerful reminder of your growth, clarity, and the promises you made to yourself in this meaningful experience.
1:00 PM – Light Lunch and Farewell

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $1,750.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities).
The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $350.00.
