Day 1 — Arrival + “Soft Landing” Welcome

Day 2 — Glow + Restore Day (Spa + Beauty + Movement)

  • A 45–60 minute sunrise ocean walk, easy pace, fresh air, gentle movement, and a calm start to the day.

  • A nourishing high-protein, gluten-free breakfast spread, and warm herbal tea, matcha or coffee to start the day feeling energized.

Late morning / early afternoon: Spa experience

  • Spa experience with pre-booked treatments (massage, facial, sauna, hydrotherapy)

  • “Quiet luxury” lounge time + healthy lunch

Afternoon: Botox + Skincare Sessions (optional)
