7:30 PM – Oceanfront Dinner at The Four Seasons Palm Beach
An intimate dining experience overlooking the idyllic island coastline, featuring seasonal, nourishing cuisine prepared with ingredients sourced from local orchards and farms. Guests will also enjoy seasonally inspired, garden-driven cocktails and aperitifs that celebrate Florida’s abundance of citrus and the versatility of fresh herbs and botanicals harvested from the Resort’s own garden.

In golf, your mind is often the deciding factor between a good round and a great one. This session explores how focus, confidence, and calm under pressure can elevate your game. With guidance from Dr. Tom Ferraro, renowned Sports Psychologist, you’ll learn practical mental strategies—like visualization, breathing, and self-talk—that not only sharpen your performance on the course but also strengthen resilience and clarity in everyday life.
4:15 PM – Mobility and Movement Session by Dr. Nicholas Curtis
This session is designed to unlock your body’s full potential on and off the golf course. Led by a Golf Mobility Expert, Dr. Nick Curtis, you’ll explore dynamic stretches and functional movements that improve flexibility, stability, and fluidity in your swing. Beyond golf, these techniques help reduce stiffness, enhance posture, and boost overall vitality—supporting a body that feels balanced, energized, and resilient for all of life’s activities.
5:15 PM – Driving Range Session by PGA Certified Coach
Following the mobility work, guests will take their refreshed bodies onto the driving range for a practical tune-up. Guided by a PGA Certified Swing Coach and supported by our performance experts, this session is all about loosening up, refining technique, and gaining confidence in a relaxed setting. It’s a chance to put insights into action while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow guests, setting the stage for a rewarding round the next day.

Monday November 24 – Golf Experience Check In

Begin the day with light stretching and mobility exercises led by our Golf Mobility Expert, designed to awaken the body and prepare your swing. This gentle warm-up builds energy, enhances flexibility, and sets a calm, focused tone for the round ahead.
8:00 AM – On Course Experience
Step onto the course for an immersive golf experience, where play and learning blend seamlessly. As you move through each hole, our experts, including a PGA-certified coach, sports psychologist, and mobility specialist, will rotate among groups, offering personalized insights, encouragement, and real-time feedback to elevate both performance and enjoyment.
12:15 PM – Closing Round and Group Reflection
Gather together after your final putt to reflect on the lessons learned—about golf, mindset, and balance—both on and off the course. This moment of shared gratitude brings the group full circle, honoring not just the technical improvements, but also the connections and clarity gained.
5:15 PM – Farewell Lunch at the Clubhouse
End the experience with a relaxed, gourmet lunch in the clubhouse, overlooking the beauty of the Palm Beach course. Share highlights, personal breakthroughs, and meaningful takeaways from the retreat, leaving with fresh perspectives, renewed energy, and memories that will last well beyond the fairways.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $2,650.00 ( includes accommodation, all meals and activities). The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $499.00.
