Burlock Coast at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale features modern coastal cuisine built around fresh, locally inspired ingredients, with a strong emphasis on seafood and seasonal produce. Saturday January 31 — Reset + Restore
Morning - 8:00am to 9:30am
A 45–60 minute sunrise stretch and light movement session, easy pace, fresh air, gentle movement, and a calm start to the day.
A nourishing high-protein, gluten-free breakfast spread, and warm herbal tea, matcha or coffee to start the day feeling energized.
Late morning / early afternoon - 10:00am to 1:00pm
