Friday March 13 – Arrivals | Dinner

5:30 PM – Check-In and Refreshments

Guests settle in, enjoy special spring themed healthy and refreshing drinks and unwind with a light, farm-to-table snack in a cozy setting.

7:30 PM – The Hill Country Dinner Experience

An intimate dining experience at a local farm to table restaurant. Set against the serene beauty of the Texas Hill Country, featuring seasonal, nourishing cuisine prepared with ingredients sourced from nearby ranches, orchards, and family farms. Guests will also enjoy seasonally inspired, garden-driven cocktails and aperitifs that highlight the region’s vibrant flavors—celebrating fresh herbs, local honey, stone fruits, and native botanicals that reflect the rustic elegance and bounty of Hill Country living.

Saturday March 14 – Morning Session | Recharge

8:00 AM – Morning Light Movement Session

As the sun rises over the rolling hills, guests gather outdoors to gently awaken the body and reconnect with the quiet beauty of the land. This guided light movement and stretch session invites you to ease into the day with mindful breathing, gentle mobility, and intentional movement. Surrounded by fresh morning air and the peaceful sounds of nature, you’ll restore balance, increase circulation, and set a grounded, energized tone for the day ahead.

9:00 AM – Hydrating Morning Mocktails & Light Hill Country Breakfast by Kara Osburn, RD

Begin the morning with a refreshing selection of hydrating, wellness-inspired mocktails crafted with fresh herbs, citrus, seasonal fruits, and mineral-rich ingredients designed to awaken the senses and support vibrant energy. Paired with these revitalizing drinks is a light breakfast inspired by the wholesome spirit of Texas Hill Country mornings. This relaxed and nourishing start to the day is designed to refresh, uplift, and fuel lasting energy for the experiences ahead.

Women’s Wellness Session I: Stories, Strength & Practical Wisdom : Margaret Christensen, MD and Kori Feldman, MD.

Following breakfast, guests gather for an inspiring and interactive Women’s Wellness Sessions, where a group of accomplished health experts share personal stories, transformative experiences, and practical strategies for living healthier, more balanced lives.

This morning session focuses on mindset, resilience, and personal wellbeing. Each speaker will offer meaningful insights from her own journey—covering topics such as managing stress, building sustainable wellness habits, navigating life transitions, and cultivating confidence and purpose.

Guests will have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful conversation, ask questions, and reflect on their own wellness journeys in a supportive and empowering environment.

Saturday March 14 : Afternoon Session | Recharge

12:00 PM – Whole & Vibrant: A Nourishing Lunch

Enjoy a light, whole-foods lunch inspired by the fresh flavors and rustic charm of the Texas Hill Country. Thoughtfully prepared to support steady energy, clear thinking, and vibrant health, the menu highlights nutrient-dense, minimally processed ingredients sourced from nearby farms and ranches.

Each dish is crafted to be both satisfying and restorative—balancing flavor, nourishment, and simplicity—so you leave feeling refreshed, energized, and ready for the rest of the afternoon.

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM Women’s Wellness Session II: Living Well in the Modern World : Cynthia Libert, MD and Jaspreet Kaur, MD

After lunch, guests reconvene for the afternoon panel focused on practical tools for sustainable wellbeing in everyday life. This two-hour session dives deeper into actionable strategies for maintaining physical, mental, and emotional health while balancing careers, families, and personal aspirations.

Speakers will share practical guidance on topics such as preventative health, nutrition, movement, emotional resilience, leadership, and creating supportive communities for women.

The afternoon session concludes with a collective reflection, leaving guests empowered with tangible tools, renewed motivation, and a deeper sense of community with the women around them.

3:00 – 4:00 PM | Restorative Clay Detox Ritual : Valerie Chavez, MD

Experience a grounding wellness ritual inspired by ancient traditions. In this guided session, a skilled practitioner will introduce guests to a special mineral-rich indigenous clay known for its natural purifying and restorative properties. Guests will learn about the clay’s origins and benefits while participating in a gentle detox ritual designed to help draw out impurities, nourish the skin, and support the body’s natural cleansing process. Our private chef will prepare a seasonally inspired gourmet dinner featuring the region’s finest ingredients—locally raised meats, fresh garden vegetables, fragrant herbs, and produce sourced from nearby farms and orchards.
