    Topics can include: hormones & cycle wisdom, stress and the nervous system, sleep, gut-skin connection, perimenopause/menopause support, energy and mood, and the “home rituals” that make wellness stick.

  • 1:30 PM: “Lifestyle Lab” Workshops (choose 1–2 stations)

    • Rituals for better sleep

    • Nourishing rhythms + food-as-care

    • Mobility + posture for pelvic/core support

    • Boundaries + emotional resilience practices

  • 3:30 PM: Restorative Free Time : (Countryside outing + Shopping + Relaxing)

  • 7:30 PM: Farewell Celebration Dinner (toasts, music, gratitude)
